La Locanda in Pforzheim

Nice place. It is nice when you spend the night in the Royal Hotel above, you have adequate dining options on site. I think the prices are fair. Only the interior of the restaurant could be a bit more contemporary.

My food I had earned no more than two points, we were there with a group, starter, Mediterranean starter plate was good. The main course is noodles with chanterelles. The pasta was without any taste, no spices, no spiciness and no sauce, I don't imagine that as Italian pasta, I'm sorry. And the portion, not even a child is fed up with it.

We came to La Locanda through a recommendation and close to our hotel and have not been disappointed. The service was very friendly and pleasantly restrained. The pasta dishes were well presented and tasted good. The veal medallions were convincing but for my taste and the price too small portioned. Even with the dessert you had the feeling that everything was homemade. There are a few parking spaces in front of the local, if you want to make sure you should book a table.

I was invited to a party at this venue in March and it was a good read. The restaurant was nicely decorated for the party. The food tasted reasonably, the service was friendly. During the evening, however, the mood changed. Used dishes were not cleared (dessert) and after drinks was no longer in demand. You had to go to the counter to reorder water for each table. Even after wine was no more grief. After the meal was over, the owner had no desire to even touch the little finger. Please do not party there. Best you do not go there to eat there. Bad service and rip off the food and drinks. Too bad for the Hotel Royal in Pforzheim, because here service is not only capitalized but also implemented. I hope the La Locanda does not paint the hotel, that would be too bad

Delicious food, nice service, but upscale prices.

My mouth and lips were burning, EVERY course was over-salted, the soup was totally over-salted, even the pizza and pizza rolls were over-salted. We were both really disappointed. Otherwise the food would have been delicious, too bad. I've eaten in many Italian restaurants, including Italy and Sardinia. NEVER got so salted! I'm sorry, but there's only one star.

From the ordered starter plate from the menu (!!), which we (3 per.) Just wanted to get started, the friendly restaurant manager (boss) turned into a starter plate for 3 people. created; for a mere 24, - €. In itself, the price doesn't matter. But apparently a third melon boat with ham no longer seemed to be included in the price, at least Grandpa / Father / Cook came (?? the boss just didn't serve us any more and ended the day .... we came at 9 p.m. ... that's it too late ???) and then cut a piece of melon at the TABLE in the middle! At the Pizza Frutti di Mare (at least € 18.50) I missed the shrimp. After all, we didn't have to pay for the extra portion of Knobi on the pizzas. EVERYTHING was the taste of the HAMMER !!! And ABSOLUTELY consistent !!! It was an exemplary meal and really fun .... The Lugana wine perfect !!! Less fun then the above Circumstances. For a certain clientele, the extremely "generous" prices of a restaurant are rather secondary and it would certainly have become my favorite restaurant ... But so I have to say that it was not "coherent" and was not a nice birthday evening. Service name / ("Restaurant manager") is not on the invoice. Homepage that is declared on the invoice does not exist (anymore)!

Super Italian cuisine in Pforzheim, great fresh fish, but also the meat dishes everything at its finest. Friendly, attentive service. It is my favorite place!

fine Italian cuisine, price of course accordingly. No fast food, because everything is freshly cooked and it is important to quality, also with the wines, sects and spirits. Staff very accommodating, friendly and attentive. We can only recommend it and always look forward to Toni and Paola😉
